Eligibility:

• Expected graduation date of Dec. 27′ – June 28′ from Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2

Responsibilities:

• Support Corporate Bankers and product teams in executing transactions from initial pitch through closing
• Prepare client-facing marketing materials, including financing options, working capital analysis, and industry insights
• Build financial models to support transaction structuring and decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams to create and distribute client deliverables
• Maintain internal reports such as deal tracking, pipeline updates, and balance sheet memos
• Develop knowledge of J.P. Morgan’s products and full suite of services
